Humanitarians’ Trust For Children Nepal (HTC Nepal) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the living conditions of the disadvantaged children of Nepal. The organization was registered in the District Administration Office in 19th March, 2003 under "Organization Registration Act 2034, Article-4" and affiliated to The Social Welfare Council, Lainchaur on 26th March 2003 under "The Social Welfare Act 2049, Article-13". The organization is basically centered in four sectors:
Education Health Nourishment Training Our Mission: Our mission is to provide educational and development opportunities for deprived children, women, and communities in Nepal, enabling them to gain new skills to improve their lives.
Our Vision: We envision a world in which all children are able to develop their full potential in societies that respects their Rights. The Main Goal: To protect the rights of the children through solid and sustainable actions that lay the foundations for a better future.
Objectives: Children are the main beneficiaries. The Organization aims to: 1. Provide sponsorship for a formal education. 2. Advance & basic level training on Beautification. 3. Promote awareness among the guardians of the children regarding health and education and involve the participation of the communities for their own development. 4. Conceptualize, develop, execute and evaluate income generating and livelihood programs for the security of the future of children. 5. Promote attitudes, values and knowledge that allow a social transformation, in order to fight poverty, discrimination and such social evils. 6. dvocate and lobby for the protection of Child Rights ratified by UN Child Right Convention. 7. Cooperate with other organizations and work on social projects that share our goal.
